Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

We offer refunds if you meet the following: 

 

(1) Items must be sent in the same condition as received.

 

(2) Email us at support@connectsgifts.com with your name, order number, and basic information about why you are requesting a refund.

 

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund. It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process back to your card used. It helps if you contact your bank or credit card company to expedite the process.

 

Returns/Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the gift, please email us at support@connectsgifts.com. 

 

Replacements

If a gift is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error, or if we ship you the wrong gift, we will gladly send a replacement to you. For damaged items, we will need a picture emailed to support@connectsgifts.com to start the replacement process if eligible.

 

If you have not received your shipment, we ask that you email us at support@connectsgifts.com the tracking number to verify on our end. Upon verification we will gladly send a replacement,.

 

Returned to Sender

If you entered the correct delivery address yet the items are returned to us we will happily reship it to you free of charge. However, re-shipping costs will be billed to the customer if it's due to their negligence. If you choose not to have us re-ship the order, we will refund you minus the 30% restocking fee.

 

Order Cancellation

All of our products are printed and shipped on demand. Cancellations are granted if the package has not yet been shipped. If order is already out for delivery, once received, customer may request for return. We will do our best to accomodate.
